Please read both the Ordering Procedure and Methods of Payment before placing your order.

The General and Theme Catalogues are published on the 1st and 15th of each month, respectively.

Please note that Postage and Packing charges are applied to all orders.


Ordering Procedure



If you wish to order tickets from GBTicket’s Transport Ticket Catalogues (Printed Catalogue or Theme Catalogue), you can choose one of these ways:
  1. Web order:

    • Use the web site Customer Area (your GBTicket personal account) to place your order. This way your order will be entered directly into GBTicket's System and you can see your order status and history.

      With the introduction of 'First Come, First Served' (FCFS), GBTicket's system will process orders as they are submitted; therefore, the earlier the order is submitted the higher the probability of getting all the tickets you wish. Please note that no payment will be carried out when you submit a FCFS order; however, you will be asked to select the method of payment you wish to use, as this will enable us to issue an invoice.

      If you are a new customer you will need to register with GBTicket; Click here to register.

      If you are a GBTicket customer, you already have an account with GBTicket, which you can access using your email address and your password. If you do not have a password or have forgotten your password, you can obtain a new password via the www.gbticket.com website; click on 'Log In' at the top of the screen, which will take you to the 'Identification' page, type your email address in the 'I am already registered' field and click on 'Did you forget your password?'. A new password will be sent to your email address. If you have any issues regarding the password, please contact us at gbticket@gbticket.co.uk or telephone (01736 871411).

    • OR

    • Click on Printed Catalogue/Theme Catalogue Web Order Form, complete as appropriate and submit. This facility is no longer available, please order via your GBTicket personal account (as explained above)

Methods of Payment

Choose one of these ways to pay:

  1. Credit/debit card

    If you wish to pay for purchases from the sales catalogues by credit/debit card, we accept MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, JCB and American Express.

    All GBTicket's card transactions (i.e. e-commerce, mail and telephone orders) are processed via WorldPay's Business Payment Gateway.

    Once you have received confirmation of the availability of the ticket(s) you ordered (via our sales invoice), please contact us on +44 (0)1736 871411 or +44 (0)7831 382410 to inform us of your card details. Cardholder data is retained only until completion of the authorisation of the transaction, after which it is destroyed by shredding. You will receive a verification email from WorldPay for the completed payment. Tickets will be dispatched to you as soon as possible.

    Note: We do offer online payment for purchases of tickets from our e-commerce store at www.gbticket.com, but not from the sales catalogues.

  2. PayPal

    If you wish to pay for purchases from the sales catalogues using PayPal, please inform us when you order the ticket(s) from the sales catalogue. After we dispatch your order (containing GBTicket's detailed sales invoice), we will send you a PayPal 'invoice email' containing the total amount due for payment. The process for payment using PayPal is simple:
    • Click on the Pay Invoice button on the PayPal invoice email we sent you;
    • Review the invoice and click Pay (you can print a copy of the invoice before starting the payment process);
    • Select the PayPal method of payment from your PayPal account (you must log into your PayPal account, if you are not already);
    • On the 'Review your Payment Page', click Pay Now to finalise payment;
    • You will receive a verification email from PayPal for the completed payment.


  3. UK Cheques or UK Postal Orders

    Once you have received confirmation of the availability of the ticket(s) you ordered (i.e. our sales invoice), please send a UK cheque or UK postal order payable to GBTicket at the address below. Tickets will be dispatched to you as soon as possible.

  4. Bank Transfers
